some disposable film

I got a disposable camera for my birthday this year.

I've been hesitant to use film for the past two years because my AE-1 has been broken for a while (my fav film camera) and expired film can be a risky investment, especially when looking forward to a roll only to be let down. I'm happy about how this one turned out though, and I hope to fix my camera soon.

The majority of the photos in this roll are from Banff and Jasper, a trip I took in late-June.
Lake Agnes trail, a pretty hike with a teahouse at the top.
The drive on the Icefield Parkway was so beautiful. A photographer's dream, really.
There was incredible wildlife just from outside the car window.

This is Hinton, a little factory town we stayed in with a strange smell. This sunset was probably the best I've seen.

Rainy days made the mountains look clearer and closer.

My parents.
Favourite of the roll.

In addition to these photos, I also took some film in New York:
Our airbnb.

On the Brooklyn Bridge.

Brooklyn Heights, my favourite neighbourhood.

These two are from Scarborough, on my way to processing. Because I needed up to use up film.
